This privacy policy describes the manner in which Greg Stumbo for Attorney General  uses and protects the information you give when you use the Stumbo for AG website. Stumbo for AG is committed to protecting your privacy. If we ask you to provide information by which you can be identified, we assure you that it will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Stumbo for AG may collect the following information:


Registration and Account. We may require users of the Stumbo for AG Platform to provide an email address and password in order to register for an account.

Donation Information. In order to purchase goods which may be offered on the Stumbo for AG Platform or to make a donation to the campaign,  users may asked to submit payment and billing information, including name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information to a third party site. Users who do not wish to share that information may elect to donate in person or via USPS.

User Profile. We may collect personal information from you, such as your public profile name, birthday, gender, occupation, and other voluntarily provided information which you submit in the process of filling out your user profile information.

Activity. We may retain data related to your activity on and use of the Stumbo for AG Platform

Private Messages & Forums. We may retain any private messages or forum interactions you send to other users or staff of the Stumbo for AG Platform.

Support. Users may submit questions and requests for help through the Contact Us page Contact Form or the Help Widget displayed throughout the Site and App. We collect the name and email address of each request for support and may retain the contents of the support messages.

Mailing List.When you register for an account with Stumbo for AG, we may add your email address to our mailing list and periodically send you updates about the Stumbo for AG Platform, including but not limited to information about the campaign, political parties, interesting news items or requests for feedback. . Users may voluntarily opt out of receiving these email communications by following the directions to unsubscribe contained in the email.

Automatic Collection of Information.  Some information is collected automatically when you click on, view or use this site:

  • Your web browser automatically sends us (and we may retain) information such as the:
    • Internet domain through which you access the Internet (e.g., if you use a commercial Internet service provider, or if you use an Internet account from your school);

  6. We use it to contact you and communicate about the campaign  as this is the express purpose of tools like the site contact form.

While most information you share with our site is private and only shared with our employees or st aff, if you elect to post anything in a feedback or open forum, your information may be visible to other users.  Please do not submit information that you wish to remain private into your public profile fields. When filling out your profile, you may opt to make some fields private so that they cannot be viewed by other users of the Stumbo for AG Platform.


This site is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), in that we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. While the Stumbo for AG campaign values and appreciates all the residents of this Commonwealth, this website, information and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or older.


When users register, they are given the option to designate a “Public Name” that identifies them to other users of the Stumbo for AG Platform. Users may opt to use their real names as their Public Names, or they may choose to use a nickname or other name that does not communicate their real identity to other users of the platform.


Information such as the user’s IP address, the referring domain, geographic location, time/duration of visit, entry/exit page, and other like statistics is automatically gathered using web analytics tools in a way that is now standard practice.



Periodically, our application may contain outbound links to other sites or applications. When following an outbound link, you must recognize that we have no control over the site or application to which you are navigating. We provide outbound links because we think the information contained therein may be of interest or usefulness to our visitors, but we do not take responsibility for any site or application to which we link.
